Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days if the item is faulty or defective. If the return or exhange is for any other reason other than fault or defectiveness the customer must cover the return shipping costs for non-defective items. 
Steps to Follow for Returns and Exchanges
• 1. Contact the Seller:
Get in touch with us via returns@1122.co.za to initiate the return or exchange process. 
• 2. Provide Details:
Provide your order number and explain the reason for the return or exchange. 
• 3. Prepare the Item:
Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories.
• 4. Ship the Item:
Send the item back to the address which will be provided by the seller. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. 
• 5. Await Inspection:
We will inspect the item upon receipt to ensure it meets our policy criteria. 
• 6. Receive Refund/Exchange:
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, or the new item will be shipped to you. 

• Condition of the Item:
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. 
• Timeframe:
Returns are generally accepted within a short period of receiving your order, such as 7 to 10 days. 
• Exclusions:
Sale items, custom designs, and engraved jewellery are not eligible for returns. Earrings and other piercing jewellery are also excluded for hygiene reasons. 
• Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is usually required for a return or exchange. 
• Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
